Where to put rules (system prompt)

If your Gemini CLI setup supports repo-level instructions, keep them in a GEMINI.md file at the repo root.

Steps

Export context:

blocpad task ERS-1 --md > blocpad-context.md

In Gemini CLI, paste your instruction and include blocpad-context.md.

Example prompt

Use the BlocPad context below to complete the task in this repository.

Constraints:
- Do not ask for secrets or tokens.
- Keep changes minimal and safe.
- If ambiguous, ask 1 question and stop.

Output:
- List files changed
- Provide verification commands
